Railway Wheelset Magnetic Particle Inspection Machine(Yoke Type)
Designed and manufactured in accordance with relevant railway inspection requirements and utilizing state-of-the-art electronic technology, this equipment adheres to German DIN standards as well as specific railway axle flaw detection standards and the GB/T 8290-2001 standard for "Magnetic Particle Testing Machines." For circumferential magnetization, it employs a high-current, slow-rise energization technique combined with closed-loop control; for longitudinal magnetization, it utilizes a combination of the coil method and the large magnetic yoke method. By applying a continuous magnetization technique to the wheelset, the system effectively prevents the generation of eddy currents—a common cause of non-uniform circumferential magnetization at the axle ends. Furthermore, the adoption of a continuous compound magnetization scheme ensures high reliability and a high degree of automation. This design significantly improves the operator's working environment, reduces labor intensity, and enhances work efficiency, making it currently one of the most ideal pieces of equipment for wheelset flaw detection both domestically and internationally.
The equipment is capable of performing fluorescent magnetic particle compound magnetization flaw detection on various types of railway wheelsets (including those for passenger cars, freight cars, EMUs, and subway trains), specifically inspecting the exposed surfaces of axles as well as the inner surfaces of spoke holes in wheels featuring web plates. It facilitates image data acquisition, automatically generates inspection reports, and—once the wheelset has been loaded—automatically executes a complete sequence of functions, including spraying, clamping, magnetization, image capture, data storage, and demagnetization.
