This class of equipment features a split electromechanical design and comprises a power control system, a three-phase full-wave magnetization system, a clamping system, an electric traverse system, a pneumatic (or electric) clamping system, an automatic spray system, and other components. It is capable of performing compound magnetization on workpieces such as valve bodies, drill chains, drill pipes, and couplings. Utilizing advanced modular integrated circuitry, the system enables the detection of deep-seated cracks within workpieces. Its features include an electrically movable tailstock, pneumatic clamping, automatic liquid spraying, magnetization, rotational inspection capabilities (both vertical and longitudinal rotation), and ultra-low-frequency demagnetization; the entire process is under full microcomputer control.
