The high-precision tube high-speed rotary ultrasonic testing system is mainly designed for high-precision tube flaw detection. The system consists of a high-speed rotating head (2000, 4000, 6000, 8000 rpm), an ultrasonic flaw detection system, a software system, a coupling system (capacitive coupling), a water treatment system, and a constant temperature system. It features high system detection accuracy, high speed, and high degree of automation, and has been applied to high-precision applications such as nuclear power plant pipes, nuclear fuel pipes, and aircraft oil pipes.
