Product Introduction
The multi-channel ultrasonic and magnetic particle automatic flaw detection system for steel pipes can automatically detect flaws in seamless steel pipes with diameters of 60-200mm, 114-406mm, and thicknesses of 5-80mm. It can inspect oil casing, drill pipe, structural pipe, drill collars, etc., in the petroleum industry. The UT probe can detect transverse, longitudinal, oblique, delamination, and thickness defects, while the MT probe can detect circumferential, longitudinal, and oblique defects on the steel pipe surface. The scanning method uses a spiral-advanced inspection of the steel pipe. The UT probe uses water immersion coupling, and the MT probe uses non-contact coupling; they can be connected as a network system.
